• Full building survey (Full Structural Survey):
This type of survey is an extensive investigation of the property and provides a detailed report on the condition of the property. This will be presented in a comprehensive and easy readable format. The full building survey will cover all elements of serious structural defects, and reports on other repairs that in surveyors’ opinion require attention at the present or at some time in future in order to put, or to maintain the property in good condition with respect to its type and age.
Because when you ask for a Full Building Survey you probably would not know what you are getting until it arrives on your doorstep. This is why we have produced the enclosed DOCUMENT so that you know what to expect from us before you commit yourself to probably the largest investment in your time. We also provide budget costings which in our opinion are necessary to put the property in good order excluding decorations. We also recommend additional Specialist investigations if felt necessary.
