Prices quoted are for buildings within 5 miles of this office. We can of course visit and prepare plans for any building in the Home Counties, but we have to charge for traveling. Fees quoted exclude out of pocket expenses.
Flats Lease Plans (assuming flats have maximum of 3 rooms)
Two flats, on two storeys (depending on size) £250.00 - £300.00
Three floors/flats £350.00 - £400.00
Four floors/flats £500.00 - £650.00
Shop Lease plans
Per 50 sq meters floor area (gross internal) £ 250.00
With a minimum fee of £400.00
All prices plus VAT and out of pocket expenses. No colouring of the plans to solicitors requirements is included. This can be done, but generally most solicitors arrange that themselves, and we would have to charge an additional fee depending on the extent of the colouring.
Valuations (Residential)
Minimum fee £200.00 and usually charges at 0.1% of the Valuation
Homebuyers Survey And Valuation
Fees start at £380.00 for purpose built Flats and £440.00 for Houses up to 20 years old. Please contact us for quotations on your proposed property.
Full Building Survey
Fees start at £450.00. We are experienced in surveys on modern and historic timber framed properties as well as traditionally built properties.
Time Scale
We usually require 4 working days notice to carry out an inspection and reports are completed within 3 days. It will be necessary to agree in writing, our Conditions of Engagement together with prepayment.
