• About Us and About Our Practice:
The Practice has been established over 30 years and prior to that, was also an architectural practice. This continues today, but in a small way for Extensions, Conversions, small new Developments, Building control applications and Lease Plans.
The main field at present is that of Property Valuations in the Residential and Commercial sector. The practice is on the panel of a major High Street Bank Commercial Centre and covers Central London, North east and West London as well as the Home Counties.
In addition to Valuations, formal surveys are carried out for Homebuyers Reports and Full Building Surveys at reasonable cost. As an example, a Flat built in the 1930’s would cost in the region of £380.00 for a Homebuyers Report and £480.00 for a Full Building Survey. It should be noted that these are examples only and vary from property to property.
Fees for Valuations range from 0.1% for Residential Valuations for security purposes with a min. fee of £180.00. For Commercial Valuations the fee is 0.15% with a min fee of £200.00. Fees will be discounted on Values of above £500,000.
